Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the İnci Deniz Driving School app, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the app.
2. Scope of the Service
The app provides content such as course information, training schedule, instructor team and driving licence practice questions. No registration or login is required to use the app. The content is for informational and practice purposes and does not replace official curriculum or exam results.
3. Licence to Use
İnci Deniz MTSK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, rent, sell, reverse-engineer or use the app to produce derivative works.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app in violation of applicable laws, in a manner that infringes on the rights of others, or in a way that threatens the security or operation of the app. Automation, scraping, unauthorised access, denial-of-service and any other form of misuse are prohibited.
5. Accuracy of Content
Course information, training schedule and exam questions in the app are prepared according to the curriculum at the time of publication. If official regulations or the curriculum change, some content may not be up to date until the app is updated. For final information, please contact İnci Deniz MTSK.
6. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". İnci Deniz MTSK does not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, İnci Deniz MTSK is not liable for any indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Changes to the Service
İnci Deniz MTSK reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature of the app, with or without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Çorlu / Tekirdağ.
9. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is available inside the app. Continued use of the app after an update means that you accept the new terms.
