Overview

We respect your right to delete your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your TOPLANDIK account at any time. This process is in compliance with GDPR, KVKK, and other data protection regulations. Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Deletion Timeline

Step 1: Request Received We receive your deletion request via email. Step 2: Identity Verification (0-2 days) For security, we verify that you are the account owner. We may send a confirmation email. Step 3: Processing (3-7 days) We process your request and permanently delete all associated data from our systems. Step 4: Confirmation (7 days) You receive a confirmation email that your account has been successfully deleted. Total Processing Time: Up to 7 business days from verification

Subscription & Payments

Important: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription! Before deleting your account, please: Cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store Wait for the current billing period to end to avoid charges Then request account deletion How to Cancel Subscription: iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → TOPLANDIK → Cancel Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → TOPLANDIK → Cancel Refund Policy: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund. Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.
